The Adaptability Lab
The Challenge
College students are facing record levels of stress and anxiety. Academic pressure, social isolation, and constant uncertainty make it difficult to stay balanced. Without tools to manage these challenges, students risk burnout, disengagement, and negative impacts on both their wellbeing and their academic performance.
The Solution
The Adaptability Lab teaches students practical strategies to handle stress, adapt to change, and stay steady under pressure. In this workshop, participants learn how to:

Regulate stress and expand capacity to stay focused and effective during high-pressure moments

Recover more quickly from challenges so they can maintain energy, balance, and wellbeing throughout the semester
